1. BOOKING DEADLINE & REQUIREMENTS
- 14-Day Advance Notice: All rental bookings must be finalized and signed at least 14 days prior to the event date. We do not accept last-minute bookings (under 14 days) to ensure equipment availability and proper technical staffing.
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required immediately to secure the date.
2. CANCELLATION TIMELINESince our booking window closes 14 days before the event, our cancellation policy is strict to protect our calendar.
- Cancellations More Than 14 Days Prior:
- If you cancel before the 14-day booking deadline, you will receive a Full Refund of your deposit (minus a 3% processing fee).
- Cancellations Within 14 Days of Event:
- NO REFUND.
- Once we are within the 14-day window, equipment has been allocated and technicians have been scheduled. The full invoice amount is considered earned and non-refundable.
3. PAYMENTS
- Deposit: 50% due upon signing.
- Final Balance: The remaining 50% is due 14 days prior to the event (on the booking deadline).
- If the final balance is not paid by the 14-day mark, the reservation is subject to cancellation and the deposit is forfeited.
4. RESCHEDULING
- If you need to move your date, you must notify us before the 14-day deadline.
- Requests made inside the 14-day window are treated as a cancellation and new booking.
5. EQUIPMENT & WEATHER
- Equipment Failure: In the unlikely event of hardware failure causing downtime (>30 mins) not resolvable by our tech, a pro-rated refund will be issued.
- Force Majeure: 100% Credit is offered only in the event of severe natural disasters (Hurricanes/Floods) or official government shutdowns. Rain or bad weather for outdoor setups is not grounds for a refund.
6. EQUIPMENT FAILURE GUARANTEE LEDS INNOVATION stands by the quality of our P2.98 High-Definition screens.
- In the unlikely event of a significant hardware failure that our on-site technician cannot resolve, causing the screen to be unusable for more than 30 minutes of the event, we will issue a pro-rated refund based on the downtime duration.
- Note: This does not apply to issues caused by the client's content source (e.g., client's laptop failure) or power outages at the venue.
7. WEATHER & FORCE MAJEURE
- Indoor Equipment Outdoors: Our P2.98 screens are rated for INDOOR use. If the client chooses to use them in a covered outdoor area, the client assumes all risks. If rain, high humidity, or wind prevents the setup or operation, no refunds will be issued.
- Acts of God: In the event of a severe natural disaster (e.g., Hurricane, Flood) that forces the cancellation of the event by local authorities, we will offer a 100% Credit for a future rental date.
