Leds Innovation

Leds innivation offers replacement only for those Led Cabinet and Neon Led  that arrived defective at their final destination. and it must be verified through photographs and videos that at the time of opening the box, the art has arrived defective or in poor condition. We do not make refunds or refunds. You must contact us within a maximum period of 7 business days from the moment you receive your product.

Leds Innovation will do everything possible to solve the problem and be able to replace the product. We DO NOT REFUND MONEY. Final remedy for defective products is decided on a case-by-case basis, depending on the source of the failure, and is at the sole discretion of Leds Innovation.

Personalized guarantee from Leds Innivation.

Leds Innivation does not cover warranty for broken, wet, dirty or damaged Product Led Cabinet or Neon Led.

Leds Innovation interior products include a 12-month warranty on electrical components when used correctly with the plug in.

After the 12-month warranty has passed, your Led Cabinet or Neon Led  will not be left unprotected, since at Leds Innovation we offer you a technical service for maintenance and after-sales review at an additional cost that will not be very high and will depend on the product fails to present.

We are not responsible for damages caused by the transformer cable that is connected to the current (they tend to have a short time of use). In case of burning the power supply (AC adapter), if it fails or is damaged, we recommend contact with us.

Leds Innovation Custom Return Procedure

Contact us at sales@ledsinnovation.com, or our service line (281) 203-8346 to let us know which products you want to return and why, attaching a short video of your product and photos. Please note that we require both a video and photo(s) for diagnostic and quality purposes. If you are unable to provide a video and photo of the problem, our ability to rectify your problem will be limited. Once we have received all the required information, we will contact you to try to solve the problem.

If a replacement has been arranged, please note that you must return the defective product in its original condition including its packaging.

If a replacement has been arranged, the defective item must be returned for inspection by Leds Innovation within 14 days of receiving the product.
